convenient location tasty choice friendly staff
The hotel's location near fashion street was quite convenient. the breakfast offered a great variety of tasty choices. the staff's friendly and helpful attitude stood out. They were always smiling and ready to assist!
the hotel signage could use some improvements.

the hotel sits close to the city center, with a ride from the airport taking approximately 20 to 25 minutes. its proximity to main attractions made getting around quite easy. the area felt safe and accessible at all hours.

Furniture and decor looked relatively new. It all seemed fresh and well maintained. i found the cleanliness of all facilities to be perfect. That added much to my overall satisfaction. the quick service at reception really impressed me.

The personnel at the hotel were helpful to us. It made a big difference. the promptness in addressing requests really stood out. it seemed every staff member aimed to offer great support.

The junior suite on the seventh floor offered very nice views. It was a true highlight. the furniture felt modern and well-kept. i found the room provided all the essentials for a relaxing time.

helpful staff good food selection old pillows wash cloths
I found the staff very helpful and polite. The hotel location is pretty good to find my ways. The breakfast buffet has a very good selection of foods. I appreciates how busy it was though.
I am sad because there are some things I did not expect. I did not find wash cloths in the bathroom. The pillows felt very old and not so good.

loud air conditioning smelly shower
the location was acceptable and near to the shopping area.
the shower smelled bad every time it was in use. i also found the air conditioning to be very loud and old (it was hard to sleep).
