Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and convenience. The rooms were comfortable, but lacking in natural light and views. The staff was welcoming and attentive, especially Marcia who went out of her way to assist us. The location was excellent for exploring the city, though a bit of a walk to the metro. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a slightly tired hotel with great potential.
Staying at this hotel in Lisbon was an absolute delight. The rooms were very comfortable with excellent bedding, feather pillows, and a very convenient bathroom with soft bathrobes and slippers. The room was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest. However, the dining experience had some room for improvement with limited breakfast options. The service from the cleaning crew was exceptional, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the main center and surrounded by many restaurants. Overall, a great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, close to the city center, and the dining options were alright. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable, making it a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to the metro stop and shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, the room I got was quite noisy due to its proximity to the elevator and had an unpleasant odor. The service, especially from Tiego, was outstanding, although a bit slow at times. The dining experience offered a good variety but fell short of being exceptional. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making me feel like I was staying in a suite. The facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable and convenient experience overall.
